The regional energy system (RES) is a that consumes multiple forms of in the region and achieves coordinated efficient utilization resources. RES composed micro systems (MESs); however, due to mismatch resources different consumption within each MES, large amount clean wasted, MES has acquire extra energy. This significantly increases operation costs contributes environmental pollution. One promising ways solve this problem deploy an storage RES, which can make use its advantages transfer space-time fulfill demand for loads periods, conduct unified management RES. Nevertheless, number users are deterred by high investment devices. A shared (SESS) allow multi-MESs share one system, meet needs systems, reduce capital realize Taking MESs as object, paper proposes model collaborative optimal strategy accomplish energy, friendliness, economy. First, analyzes internal supply characteristics develops with SESS. Then, poses concept load integration distribution using operational information subsystem. An established minimize daily achieve economic, environmentally friendly, Third, setting up scenarios such no independent (IESS) SESS, case science education park Guangzhou, China, illustrated experiments. Numerical experiment results show SESS built investor applying mentioned strategy, be 100%, reduced 9.78%, pollutant emission 3.92%, peak-to-valley difference decreased 20.03%. Finally, influence service fees electricity tariffs on discussed, suggestions proposed. It validates effectiveness proposed strategy.
